“I need to take a moment to thank Lowe C&D. I purchased one of their custom-built homes in August of 21. So last week I woke up with no hot water and through research it was recommended I contact the original installer. So I reached out to the VP of Office Operations for Lowe C&D to see if she could provide the original installers’ contact information. Within 5 minutes of my message, I got a call from the Project Manager telling me he would be by in the morning (before noon) to check on the hot water heater (tankless). He showed up around 0900, corrected the problem, and was even ready to install a new system (had it on the truck ready to go). This was beyond exceptional service three plus years after the sale, so on a scale of four stars being excellent, I give Lowe Construction and Development five!
